Related to account affiliation and delegation, for those of us that are third party service providers (our clients will be using our API key for filings), based on the definition of “certified by”, (the certifying party has read the Registry form and has found it to be correct), it’s not going to be possible for a service provider to be a certifying party, since we won’t have (nor will the law firms want us to have) read and confirmed the data on the form.
Is that in alignment with the development that’s happening? We want to make sure there isn’t going to be a requirement for the API partner to be listed as the party certifying the document, and that we will be able to send the name of the individual doing the actual filing through our service. Can we get some official commentary on that please?
