Hello,

Some payment services will be down tonight (Nov 25) from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM due to an emergency outage.

What won’t work:

  • Setting up a new Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) account or switching to PAD

  • Making payments using account credits

What will still work:

  • Credit card payments

  • PAD, Online Banking, EFT, and BCOL payments for existing accounts

  • EJV and BCOL payments for new accounts

After the outage:

The payment team will check the system on Wednesday morning to make sure everything is working properly.
