We had a data issue where renewals that were done in between Jan 1-Jan 24 weren’t reflected properly in the system so searches would be adversely affected. We are going to shut down the API and UI for 2 hours to reduce the risk on these. The fix will go in in that window and we will advise the users that did a search that didn’t reflect the correct data, refund and advise to complete another search.
We are back up, we are doing the data mining right now to ascertain the affected parties. Should be able to send a communication early tomorrow on that.
