RESOLVED Search PDF results showing mix of upper and lower characters in Serial Number parameter

When performing a Serial Number search, the parameter value entered for the search will display in the PDF with any string of characters as a capitalized word. (Ex. 1gks2MRHSFD3ujer273649 will appear in the report as 1Gks2Mhrhsfd3Ujer273649)

Zenhub ticket 10781 has been created to resolve this issue.

The fix to resolve this issue was implemented January 26th.
