This morning there was a bug that “users” couldn’t see PPR as a service which was also causing an overload on the auth api which would create timeouts on various interactions like searching or loading a PDF. This was resolved at approx. 9:30 am and the system memory and CPU was also increased to bolster its stability. Thanks you for your patience with this massive launch!
Looks like it might be affecting the website UI too. “Download Report” gets a “Unable to Open Document”… related?
We are currently working on a bug for nil reports. Is that what you are trying to open?
Yes. The ones unable to open were all nil because no similars were selected.
