Preparing for the Upcoming API User Group Meeting - Dec 18th

Dear API User Group Members,

As we prepare for the upcoming API User Group meeting, we encourage you to share any questions or topics you would like addressed. This will allow the product owners to review your inquiries in advance and ensure they are ready with thorough responses during the session.

Please feel free to post your questions at your earliest convenience.

Our team needs a fully functional sandbox to move ahead with development. That includes records that are the same in the search API as in the business API, fully functional payment API (or at least one that can return fees for all types of businesses), and ideally a known list of existing companies that we can work with.

While the above will help us to successfully use the business/search/fee postman collections,
a live or recorded training session would have a big impact so that we can see the workflow for the various API calls. The live session would be preferable as we would then have an opportunity for questions as they arise.

Finally, more comprehensive reference documentation of the APIs would be very helpful. Currently there is some documentation, but it’s not complete, and we’re left guessing as to whether some elements are required, what valid codes to use, etc.

Thank-you

Ian, we are working on getting those components deployed to our sandbox environment to allow the final steps including payment to be completed. Once those are installed we will work on setting up the demo that we have discussed.

Hi @neeraja.kumar,

As discussed over chat, here is the link to my previous question: Unable to access Business Registries party endpoint - Report an Issue - bcregistry

My question is related to the access for internal use by the Ministry itself but the answer is more inclined to the public use of API. Could you please clarify the doubts.

Thank you
