vehicleCollateral - Confirmation of Required Values

On the API Spec for vehicleCollateral, the serialNumber, year, make and model do not show as being required, however on the BC PPR UI the year is currently the only optional value.

Can confirmation be made on if these values are going to be made optional or if they will remain required?

The API spec is based on the legacy data; the UI requirements are for new vehicle collateral. The UI will not change, the spec vehicle collateral description should be updated to align with the UI.
